I started working at Interplay in August of this year. I've been in a lot of industries, and worked in IT at points in my life as well, and I can honestly say that I don't think I've ever worked with a better staff before. These people care about their jobs, they care about their clients, and they constantly try to go above and beyond to make the experience for the people they work with a positive one. This place is a pleasure to work at, and it translates to the clients.

My company onboarded with Interplay about a year and a half ago, and to this day I am still wowed by their outstanding service. Everyone on their team is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and hardworking. I can always trust that they'll be there to help us sort out our technical issues, as well as plan for future needs. We couldn't do what we do without their support and expertise - they've truly been a godsend!

Working with Interplay has been transformational for me as the sole admin person at my nonprofit. The engineers know what they are doing and have great customer service skills. We've been a customer since 2018 and I've never had a reason to look for another service provider.

I generally have enjoyed good experiences with this team. They are fast to respond, and have been really wonderful working around my schedule and calling my personal phone when I ask them to walk me through something out of the office.
