Services
Support lines are manned from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (holidays excepted) and other hours by special arrangement. After hours support* is also available. After hours the service voice mail box is forwarded to our after hours support staff. We will get back to you as quickly as we can.
We offer no-obligation discovery sessions so we can fully understand your current technology and goals and better respond to your needs. When you involve us from the start of a major project, we work with your architects, designers and contractors to make sure you get the right IT solution for your business.
Compass manages every aspect of your IT installations, whether a single workstation, a complete equipment refresh or a data center, including all IT equipment and related cabling as well as mountings, audio-visual, communications and surveillance equipment. All major installations include a First Day Live with a qualified technician to review the installation with you and make any necessary adjustments. For dental/healthcare clients, installations include integration and testing of all dental/healthcare applications and peripherals.
Our Lancaster based service team delivers prompt, friendly and expert support and service. Dedicated technicians handle live calls during normal business hours and after hours via callback. State of the art tools enable us to monitor and remotely access your system to quickly resolve your problems often before you know you have them.

I just wanted to take a minute to shout out KUDOS to Dominic for his excellent customer service. We do not see that a lot with IT technicians and it just makes the job SO MUCH better! I am also client-facing and deal with a lot of unhappy customers when the software isn't working properly, and it is SO HELPFUL to listen, be heard, and communicate with sincerity and empathy to help the clients calm down and/or remain calm. Staff is friendly, tech are knowledgeable, service and products sold help dental offices so they can be efficient. Staff is always willing to go the extra mile to assist practices.

Excellent service and support EVERY TIME! I manage a large group dental practice and we contracted with them a few years ago to build our network from the server to each workstation.
