My company has used Responza for several years now. For the most part we've been quite happy with their services. They did have a bit of a turnover in staff and we had some bumps in the road but it has smoothed out. When we've had computer issues either server, desktops or laptops, the techs work until we are satisfied it's fixed. One thing I truly appreciate is when a tech doesn't know how to fix something, they aren't afraid to say it and then ask someone higher up. We are a small non-profit and I feel we've been given good service over the last 3 years.
