Computer Search Payroll Service

I started doing business with the company in March. The sales representative was great, and my initial account manager provided outstanding service. (Later I would find out both of the quality employees I dealt with left the company.) For this company to be considered a professional payroll service, I was caught off guard by the lack of professionalism.

A simple example is someone different answering the office phone without giving their name. I found it concerning that it took EBC three different employees to process prevailing wage payroll. I switched my payroll service from in-house to a third party to ease the workload on my staff when dealing with prevailing rate jobs; unfortunately, my staff did not see any relief.

My most recent account manager consistently misinterpreted clear instructions more often than I would like. I found it very difficult to get in contact with the company when I had an issue. I was disheartened by their customer service when attempting to resolve the issue. This does not feel like the same company I signed on to in March. I would recommend other businesses to look at other options when looking for a payroll provider.

I have worked with EBC Payroll for the past two years and it is a great company. I worked with Stephanie Santos and Nicole Edwards and they couldn't have been more responsive. Whenever I needed anything or had a question they were right on it. It is a pleasure to work with them.
