My company has been with Network Engineering, Inc for around two years and couldn't be more satisfied. Besides from taking our calls in a timely manner and offering expert advice, Network Engineering goes out of their way to explain the nuances of business networks and information technology integration. We have followed their recommendations and by doing so have increased our presence on the internet, have a much more organized network, and have the assurance that no matter what happens with our technological needs NE, Inc has our backs. Personally, because of Ben and Dave, I have gained an understanding of how to effectively operate a business network and too troubleshoot connectivity issues. I worked with Network Engineering, Inc for around 6 months at my previous place of employment. While they may be suited for working with smaller networks, when it comes to midsized networks(100+devices) they seem to be a bit out of their wheelhouse. Issues included updating virus software without checking compatibility with existing software in the network(Trend Micro business and Windows Spring Creators update), having no way to revert said updates, taking weeks to complete an Exchange Migration, completely removing a fully setup IPv6 environment without asking because they believed we weren't using it, and a plethora of other incidents. Got our business up and running, provided knowledge and friendly service, and was able to obtain equipment at better-than-retail pricing.
