As owner of Lane Technology Solutions and also the marketing/sales "dept", I can honestly say that I, nor anyone at our company, has reached out to or spoken with Mr. Polziner or the company he works for A. Duda & Sons (This is the company that comes up as his employer on his Linkedin profile.). There may have been a mistake in the identity of the person who reached out to him.

I understand that it can be frustrating to get sales calls. I do receive them quite often myself. I can only imagine that it must have been a very difficult conversation if it sparked him to make this review. I have tried to call Mr. Polziner to speak to him, once we saw this review, but I was not able to reach him.
