BNC has been a reliable partner for us. Their engineers have been competent and diligent in their actions. Their Back-end / Scheduling department always works hard to accommodate the best timing possible. The only thing that tops those qualities is the friendliness of all the people involved. BNC manages my company's (Axia Energy, LLC) IT network. The staff at BNC are always on top of it when we need IT support. BNC has been doing an incredible job taking care of the IT needs at the company I work for. They installed a wifi network that actually works in the large 100 year old building that we are in. This has increased productivity because all of our software is cloud based and when there is no wifi signal nothing got done! Most issues BNC can do a quick screen share and have you back working in no time. Darrin and Jeff have been great for us and I would high recommend them for you business!

As a small business owner, I cannot recommend BNC highly enough! After going through 2 "IT guys" with inadequate capabilities, I was SO frustrated and didn't know where to turn. I called corporate and local IT competitors and all of them wanted to lock our company into a monthly charge agreement that would have cost our company hundreds of dollars every month - just to have VPN and firewall protection setup on our server.
I was at the end of my rope! Then I found BNC through a friend. They quoted me a fair, project-specific price, made our IT needs a priority, and provided a calm and confident technician to come to our home office. The tech even went back and fixed all the weird stuff the previous IT guys did to our computers. Service has been extraordinary, and I am so grateful to not feel alone, drowning in the company IT problems.
