One of our harddrive failed and our local IT was not able to recover the data, these guys @ Safebitsolutions took on the task and were able to recover the data with a very quick turnaround. The service and engagement was excellent and only took 1 call to get moving. I've since used them for a few IT services and they always deliver. Satisfied Schlumberger employee!

We are one or the largest Directional Drilling Company in USA (Corporate Office in Houston) and Safebit Solutions Inc. has been providing us IT services including cloud hosting and VOIP phone services since last 13 years. We were in a bind - we wanted to move our data to the cloud and switch to VoIP phones for offices in 4 different cities. To make matters more complicated, we had to move our Houston office in mid-Sep and Hurricane Harvey came through in late Aug. Way too much going on! But Justin and team took our project in stride even though other clients were also demanding more resources and support than usual due to Harvey. Justin knew what needed to be done and went at it methodically and patiently, never losing his cool.
And lo and behold, we got up and running in Houston and our other locations. We're all able to access our files wherever we have internet. And even though I'm in Florida, I can answer the phone and transfer it to co-workers in any 3 of our Texas locations. And we have Justin and Safebit to thank for that functionality. Safebit Solutions Inc. provides a total package of IT services for Texas Standard Oil with Support, Consulting, Cloud Server, Desktops & Cloud Phone. Safebit has been providing services to King Fuels Inc. for the last 10 years. I would highly recommend them to any company looking for IT day to day support, upgrades or new implementation projects. They have provided technical improvements to our company that have improved our bottom line again and again. With our current project Safebit has implemented communications between our gas stations throughout Houston to integrate into our back office.
