Just to be clear, Christopher Lawson and his company provided me with no services, repairs, installs, etc. I called PC Doctor and spoke with Christopher regarding internet security and possibly a very high tech/ sophisticated home security and monitoring/ camera system. At the time, my wifi gateway was constantly being hacked, even though every setting was set to the highest security setting possible throughout any and all setting in the gateway. on a scale of 1-10, I consider myself a 7 on computer literacy and wifi security knowledge.
I spend hours of research on any subject matter that I'm not familiar with. I am somewhat well rehearsed on the above mentioned needs. BTW, the location of said Gateway is in a newer, very upscale, gated and small townhome community surrounded by conservation on the North, South, East and West and backs up to Avila. Per the phone conversation, Christopher said he could stop by and discuss both the related topics and there would be a $100.00 consultation fee.
To be fair, my requests of said internet and home security were over the top, but it's what I wanted and was willing to pay big to have said services and products. Christopher showed up promptly, was professional and we discussed options. Internet security was first on the "lets get it done" list, we discussed and I agreed to his suggestions which was: change the fiber to a Fixed or Static IP and he would then provide the said equipment and set up for a fair cost. Had the IP changed the very next day (amazingly!) and called Christopher and left a message. SEVEN TIMES I called with seven messages in a 5 day duration. ZERO return phone calls.
So I end with this: ETHICS! If your not interested in the job, don't take a man's $100.00 bill cash and not return the phone calls. ETHICS! I was willing to spend upwards of $6-7,000.00 dollars for a high end security, camera and internet/ wifi system. ETHICS!

Highly recommended team of knowledgeable and dedicated tech experts. I had to replace my laptop screen - it took a little while for the new screen to arrive, but as soon as Dustin received it, he fixed my laptop in less then a day. Extremely reliable and wallet-friendly! They had the best price in the area for the service I was looking for. Definitely will come back to them if I ever need. Thank you!

Be aware of this company! I called on Thursday 3/29/12 to ask Chris if he can recover my data after I formatted my hardrive thru system recovery. He told me if I did restore the computer to the original system, the data was gone. After that, he said he will send his business partner to my office to review my hardrive. The kid arrived, but could not figure out anything.
He suggested to take to Chris for him to take a look at. Under my desperation, I let him take my hardrive. Monday 4/2/12, I called Zack, the kid who picked up the hardrive, and he said he doesn't know me or recall my name. Also, he said he hasn't spoken to Chris about the hardrive yet. I said excuse me, if you took my company computer hardrive and you don't know who I am, I will sue you.
Have Chris call me. Chris called telling me he won't work on my hardrive because I threatened to sue his partner. I said okay, gave me back my hard drive and live well. Chris said no, if you want your hardrive you owe me $75 for picking up your hardrive. I argued, because I was trying to drop of the hardrive and he stopped me from doing so. Now I owe him $75 dollar for a 5 mile drive to my office.
On top of that he wants a cashiers or certified check. What type of business does he runs? I agreed to pay the $ 75 dollar because my hardrive was HELD HOSTAGE. I need a real computer company to take a look, not someone running a business from his car/garage without business ethics. He released with an invoice for work not done, because in the 20 minutes from my office to his home, he didn't do any work. If you give invoices stating no work was done, and charge $75, I always thought that was extortion?
