Over a century later, in the summer of 1986, HTS Voice & Data Systems was founded with the goal of helping San Antonio's small and medium sized businesses improve communications by providing business telephone system solutions. With decades of shared experience by our founding partners, we quickly rose to the top; by 1989 we were being recognized nationally in Teleconnect Magazine as a Top 100 Interconnect and by the San Antonio Business Journal as the Largest Telephone Systems Dealer in San Antonio.
A graduate of Central Catholic High School and St. Mary's University, Rey has over 40 years in the Telecommunications industry. Upon receiving his Bachelors from St. Mary's University, he started with Southwestern Bell/AT&T as a management trainee in sales & marketing. He quickly proved his talents and repeatedly was one of the top producers in San Antonio.

HTS is one of those service businesses that can operate without supervision and oversight once they start the project. HTS has supplied 2 different systems to us in 5 years. Our New Braunfels Campus works seamlessly, functions above our expectations and is always willing to go the extra mile. Our salesman, Rene Valero, is very good at assessing our needs, getting the equipment on site, in time, and generally right on the budget.
They assumed the service for us at the IH-35 Campus, here in San Antonio, and really helped us streamline our transferring, local extensions and our racking. They are masters at VOIP, work closely with us when we have a problem, and may times will solve the problem before IT guys know we even had a hiccup! They are our Telecommunications & Cabling Professionals!

I have been a customer of HTS Voice & Data System since 1996. They are responsive, competent and competitive with charges. Hence, they have my business. They have always been able to fix whatever problem we are having with our phone system which is the life line to our business. Recommend them without any reservations.

Horrible customer support! Would never do business with again! Came out to "trouble shoot a phone" asked two questions and did nothing but took the phone with them and never gave a response on how much it was going to be to fix the phone. Couple months later I called and they had no answer about the phone condition except for a $400 bill for "trouble shooting".(Brand new phone $154) They did leave a refurbished phone that cost $94.99 on the initial visit and are trying to charge $400. These people are a rip off and scam.
