We have been in business since 1999 and our business has used 24x7 I.T. Solutions, Inc. since 2017 when we decided our business needed professional IT help. They did a great job moving and setting up our operations to the Cloud and networking the complex IT "stuff" that's over our head. As they say, we are not in the business of IT, they are. We have never regretted the decison.
Now that we have decided to retire and close our business.24x7 I.T. Solutions is there once again for our needs. We worked with Steve during the set up over five years ago and we have worked again with Steve in reducing our needs as we close our business. After hanging up the phone with Steve, my husband and I felt like we had a weight lifted off our shoulders.
We received the professional information and hand holding that we needed to disentangle ourselves from our accounting software and cloud dependency so we can have access to our accounting software down the road should we need it. We never encountered the hard sell to talk us into keeping unwarranted services. We are very appreciative of Steve and the 24x7 team and we prepare for retirement.

I literally just said out loud "the best money I've spent" when I had to contact 24x7 I.T. Solutions, Inc. today regarding a password issue. They are literally one phone call away and it took all of one minute with something that could have taken myself a lot longer and I would have been frustrated. I truely wish we had made the move years ago but I had a business partner (husband) who didn't understand the "cloud" and was reluctant to make the move.
We have now used them for at least four years and it seriously removed many frustrating tasks. From passwords, printers, set ups, etc. If you don't have an in-house IT, you need 24x7 I.T. Solutions, Inc.

As a job seeker this company really knows how to waste your time through the interviewing process. They might phrase this as, "We only take the best and brightest", but what they really mean is, "the metrics through which we rank applicants are vague and you will get absolutely no useful feedback as you progress, we'll send you automated messages acting like real humans and string you along through *hours* of testing before we show you the door".
