Macintosh and Apple products have always been a part of that work, and I am never happier than when I am helping someone purchase, set up, or troubleshoot a Mac, iPhone, or iPad - or an office full of them.

I have used Ed Bernstein, the Mac Therapist, on a few different occasions. While he is very skilled and knowledgeable, His strongest attribute is the reason he is known as the Mac Therapist. He's kind and supportive while he helps solve all issues with all things Apple. There is no better! And you don't need to ever feel embarrassed about anything with Ed. lost your photos? Internet speed went to nothing? Kid going off to college with a 4 year old computer? Can never seem to get into those Zoom meetings? No issue too small or too big.

Ed is an excellent mix of quality, calm, and the nicest attitude. He knows everything about macs and everything apple! We needed to upgrade my daughter's laptop and he did it seemlessly for us - so she opened up the laptop and it had all her saved links, all her passwords uploaded etc, it was a dream! I absolutely 100% recommend Ed Bernstein, the Mac Therapist. I am a busy photographer and I was spending way too much time backing up my photo sessions. I was doing it in a way that took up too much time and frankly, was behind the times. Ed got me on the right track with my back up system, has me now using Time Machine and I am saving time and money by NOT using DVDs to protect my work. Thank you Ed for getting me with the times.

I love having Ed in my life to help me with all things related to my Mac products. The apple store stresses me out, and he is calm and reassuring. Best yet, he was able to make upgrades to my computer to increase its longevity- not something offered at all by the manufacturer. AND- he came to my business to pick up/drop off the computer. He's awesome.

Ed has been a lifesaver. My iPhone crashed at the beginning of shelter in place. Ed set me up with a temporary replacement and then help me find the right replacement phone for me. Better yet, he helped me navigate the nightmare of Apple support and how to optimize the set top of my new phone. While doing all of this he was incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable.

Ed is not only an expert at what he does with Apple products, he is also someone with extraordinary people skills. A rare trait in the tech world. Ed will never make you feel bad for not knowing even the most basic aspects of technology. He is always positive and encouraging.
