Our company has been with Truewater for 11-12 years now and they have always delivered great service. Truewater is always quick to respond to my IT requests, usually getting back to me within 10-20 min when I email and usually right away when I call about urgent issues. Always friendly while helping out. 99% of my problems were solved in the first 10 minutes, on a rare occasion another team member was called in to help and my issue was worked on until it was fixed. I have dealt with many different tech solution companies in the music/production world. At this point in my career I'm always looking for professional dependable problem solvers. I've often experienced tech companies explaining why they can't solve my problem or blaming an element of the problem on a different contractor or whoever holds the warranty for a system. Truewater took complete ownership over my project needs right from the start. Zak was the tech who did the work on site. That guy is a machine! In two separate 4 or 5 hour work days I don't believe I saw him take one break even to go to the bathroom!
He made sure we got maximum value for our money. Solving technical problems can be expensive, so it feels really good to work with a company who doesn't just understand that, but displays that understanding with Action. I call that Integrity.
